Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Terrible experience, how can you sell a burger for 14.00$ and send it without a bun. I am all for fare wages and pricing. But how do you make a burger without a bun??? And no it wasn’t requested like that! Very sad service!

Went there for lunch with our scout troop, they provided excellent fast and, courteous service with bright smiles! Absolutely wonderful staff. There were a good amount of people there, then we came in and there wasn't a sign in that building which I loved. Thoroughly would suggest this Freddy's location if your in the Emporia, Kansas area!

This is the 5th Freddy's I've been to. I've tried other Freddy's to try other dishes. Today, I came to this location just to try the burgers. I ordered a Double Original. I had tried a single before and it was horrible. At Freddy's you HAVE to order a double just to taste the beef because they smash the burger patties so thin. I suppose some people like thin, crispy beef patties, but I am not one of them. That also means you're paying more $. A Double Original (with everything) cost me over $6. It was not worth it. "Everything" means sliced white onion, 2 pickle sandwich slices and mustard. The burger wasn't good enough to justify the price. Another disappointing trip to a Freddy's. Michelle M. Taking orders, serving up food, keeping a close eye on customers, including drive through and at the same time keeping her team looking sharp, all with a smile and positive reinforcement. Nice to see a supervisor/partner willing to do the same work as her team.

This place is like a steak&shake and a Dairy Queen combined but way better and cleaner than either of those places could ever dream. Becoming one of my go to spots. Always super clean, burgers and fries are always hot and fresh and the frozen treats are always excellent.
