Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and authentically Italian. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and every recommendation was spot on. The highlight of the night was the lobster ravioli — hands down the best I’ve ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the filling was rich and flavorful, and the sauce complemented it beautifully without overpowering the lobster. Every bite was fresh, balanced, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for amazing Italian food with top-tier quality and service, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Decided to give it a try. We have heard good things about it. Atmosphere is definitely a 10/10 great vibe. Wife ordered the pizza and I ordered the sampler. The pizza was very good with a great crust. The sampler was okay, chicken parm was decent the Alfredo was good. The lasagna was cold in the middle. This is where it went down hill. When I mentioned it to the server he apologized and said he was going to tell someone in the kitchen. Whoever it was I could hear them say there is no way. Well a little customer service goes miles. Had they not said anything would have been better than what was said especially when the customer can hear it. I had already paid my bill, and was just letting them know so it could be avoided in the future.

This is hands-down, the single best dining experience La Place has to offer. The service is excellent. The food is incredible. My wife and I both had the sampler. The lasagna is to die for. 10/10 would recommend. If you're looking for some amazing food, look no further.

My wife and i went to eat there for the first time and it was absolutely wonderful, starting with our server ( jessica ) she was so good at her job and made sure we felt right at home, our food was delicious, the best we’ve had ever…. I highly recommend this place… thanks

My son and I dined here on Valentine’s Day evening, 2/14/2026. went and the food was delicious. The service was terrible. We ordered appetizers that came out with our entrees instead of before the entrees. Although they took our drink orders, we never got them. When they brought out our food, we had to ask for our iced tea and water. The server said she forgot! We never got our iced tea and water refilled. They brought us our bill and go plates before we were finished eating without asking if we wanted coffee and/or dessert. We asked for the dipping oil for the bread and were told they charge for it. We got it brought to our table without asking at the Westbank location. We ate at the location on the Westbank and it was not like this at all. We hope the location improves.
