Frannie's Goodie Shop

JADE IS AMAZING. When I first saw her, I thought that she must be the manager of the Frannie’s Goodie Shop. She is so well composed, and her customer service skills are outstanding! Best and most kind person I’ve ever come across. I have been coming to various Frannie’s locations and come to this one even when it’s further because of Jade and her amazing attitude. She deserves a raise and a promotion. I’ve encountered many Frannie’s Goodie shop scoopers and employees and most are simply there for the job and to click in and out, but Jade is always with a smile and a can do attitude! She is full of kindness and happiness. Love Jade and her future is bright just like her! 100000000000/10 service with Jade!

Jade was extremely helpful and supportive. Ice cream was absolutely delicious and the flavors were outstanding. The facility was also clean with a wide assortment of flavors. Will come again for the ice cream and amazing staff.

This froyo spot is seriously awesome! The flavors are super tasty and there’s tons of fun toppings to choose from. The vibe is chill and perfect for hanging out. Plus, Jade is the best—she’s always so nice and helps me pick the perfect combo. Definitely coming back here again!

Stopped in for a affogato last week it was perfect, not too sweet and super creamy. The girl working (Jaide) was on top of everything even though it was getting busy. She kept the line moving and still had good energy. You can tell she actually cares about what she’s serving. Great location and very clean!

This spot never disappoints! The frozen yogurt is amazing and the Longford’s Ice Cream flavors are so rich and creamy. Parking in the back makes it super convenient. Jaide works so hard to make sure everyone’s happy she always offers samples and keeps things running smoothly.
