Frankie's Restaurant & Pizzeria

My husband and I have been dining at Frankie's for quite a few years. We have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and like family. Food is always delicious and served piping hot. It's our favorite Italian restaurant. Try it!!! You won't regret it.

We absolutely love Frankie’s. The food is amazing and our favorite dish is the chicken inferno. Just tonight, we ordered DoorDash and the driver forgot to take the rest of the order and Agnes went out of her way as had the kitchen, remake it for us and delivered it to our house! It was so incredibly kind!

I can't speak about service or atmosphere because I ordered from doordash but if you have to privileg to go to or order from Frankie's. Do It! This place is awesome. The pasta and meatballs are out of this world. This place is soo good it should be a local chain. Not a big national chain restaurant, those suck, but something regional, like Chellos. I love you Frankie's but you need more pictures of your menu.

Be sure to CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!! I ordered online for takeout, showed up at the time described as pick up time from the confirmation email, and the person at the desk confirmed my name and what I ordered. I was told what my order was by two separate people and ended up getting the wrong items. When I brought it back, I was promptly met with a "I'm sorry, that's really weird" in the most nonchalant tone. It took about 20 minutes for my food to be made and when I try checking that it was correct this time, a third employee was seemingly trying to get me out by confirming what my order is again. Then when another customer comes in to pick up their lunch, with the same first name, the employee tried to get me to notice that there was a mix up because of a name situation. Two order

Our food was very tasty; we loved the pasta fagioli soup and risotto. Our server was friendly and efficient. Quite a busy place!
