Frankie's Italian Bistro

Great food, reasonable prices and superior service ... loved everything about this place. Portion sizes were perfect and not overly excessive, like you find at many Italian restaurants. As a server and bartender myself, I rarely am wowed by service. Tracey, however, made me hope that even 50% of the time I can even be as efficient and attentive as she was. Great $10.99 lunch specials make this a place we definitely will insert into our local rotation.

Excellent experience. I stumbled across Frankies while in Blue Springs. Lunch was amazing and the entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be back, for dinner next time I'm in town.

Definitely worth the visit. The food was remarkably good, from the delicately rich flavors of the Alfredo and vegetable-laden bread-dipping sauce, to the perfectly prepared shrimp starter, it was an excellent foray into well-executed gastronomy. The bread was the best! The flavors were a step ahead of other Italian eateries, and some of the best I’ve experienced in a long while. Their service was quite friendly and responsive. I heartily recommend Frankie’s in Blue Springs.

Very welcoming staff and atmosphere. It was evening so the lighting was soft, low and inviting. There were 4 of us and we ordered different dishes. Chicken Marcella, spaghetti with sausage, some kind of shrimp and pasta dish, and I ordered eggplant parmesean. Only the shrimp dish was impressed. The eggplant was very mushy and the sauce was bland. Considering the prices, we would only go back for the less expensive lunch and try something different. I would recommend trying lunch first.

I placed a pickup order today for lunch and had a more than pleasant experience. Every member of staff that I encountered greeted me and made me feel welcome—even the server dropping off drinks made a point to acknowledge me. The lunch portion was great, with several options to choose from. They placed lots of care in how they packaged my food, which I appreciate immensely. Thank you for an amazing experience!
