Fox's Pizza Den

Honestly, I’m done making excuses for this place. My fiancé and I order from Fox’s Pizza Den in Emporium pretty often, and we’ve also been inside the store — and the attitude is bad both ways. A lot of the people working there are just plain rude. Anytime you go in, it feels like you’re annoying them just by existing. I never want to actually sit down and eat there because the atmosphere is so unwelcoming. On top of that, we’ve had the same delivery driver twice now (tall, bigger guy with brown/greyish hair), and both times were unacceptable. In town for work and ordered from here first night and first time trying this pizza. It was delicious so I ordered again the second night. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza THICK CRUST. I received a thin crust and when I called to let them know the young lady said she heard thin over phone. I know what I ordered and would never order a thin crust pizza. She said she would make another one if none had been eaten. My partner ate literally one bite of a slice and they would not make another. It would have to be a whole pizza. So are they taking that pizza back and selling to someone else? I totally understand If it was half eaten pizza but one bite out of one slice and I told her that. I ordered a big daddy at a time that it wouldn't normally be busy. I asked the person to repeat something because I was unsure if I heard correctly and I hear this big sigh and they repeated it. I said thank you and confirmed my order. Afterwards they hung up and didn't state how long it was going to be or said goodbye. Customer service is seriously lacking.

Raw Stromboli. Under cooked It is a medium deluxe Stromboli. Doughy and sticky inside. And light brown on the outside. I would like my Money back please! This happened on April 13 2025. So I called and told a nice young man and he told me to call.back the next day. So I did and the manager/owner was not there. and i was told by a young lady to call back tomorrow. All I want is my money back from a raw deal. They want to give me another one at half price. Why would I want to pay again for something I couldn't eat the first time!!! I live 20 miles away from them and won't go there anymore. I took pictures and going to post them on Facebook. I guess you learn and move on.

Horrendous service. I've had so many problems with this place. Recently I ordered a pizza, prepaid. An hour passed. Never got to me. Thought maybe there was an issue so I called. They told me they delivered it to the wrong address. How they knew this is beyond me but they never told me so had I never called I would have payed for something I never got. Thing is I don't think they ever made it or if they did perhaps they ate it themselves. I sat on my porch waiting and not once did I see a single delivery car come down my street. Some of their staff and drivers are also horribly rude. There's one driver who always gives me a subtle attitude. The one girl who works behind the counter is incredibly rude. She just shrugged and held up a receipt when I told them my order was wrong. Oh and h
