Service was very nice. We are only in Emporium for one weekend a year and this ice cream shop is nice. It has outside seating with picnic tables under a canopy or umbrellas.
Very good, soft served ice cream is soft, and the food is good
I had a really disappointing experience at Twisted Sisters in Emporium. My boyfriend and I went to get a couple of ice cream cones, and the total came to $5.30. I only had $5 in cash, so before I could even ask if they had a card reader to cover was up and running to pay with card, the owner slammed the window in my face, gave me a dirty look, and just walked away. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. A simple "Sorry, we only take cash" would have been fine, but instead, I was treated with complete disrespect. DEFINITELY won’t be going back.
The ice cream is very good, but I have to agree with one of the other reviews. They need to work on customer service.
There is a favor for everyone!! The food and ice cream were delicious. Service was great. A must stop
