Fornax Pizza

Fornax Pizza is packed with flavor, local ingredients and fired with HEART! Everything that we have ordered from this awesome food truck is to die for. Absolutely love how they use local produce for specials and collaborate with other businesses. No pizza is a wrong pizza here, but our favs are the Sausage with Calabrian chili & the Hawaiian! And if they have a dessert special- don’t forget that either! You will leave with happy taste buds ❤️

The thin fermented sourdough crust is the best I have had in years. Combine that with the fresh very local ingredients and a really neat wood fired method and you have the best pizza on the coast, rivaling those snooty Portland pizzas! These people care about the quality of their pies and it shows. We got three different pizza flavors (cheese, vegetable, spicy sausage and mushrooms) but would have tried the special had we known about it prior to ordering.

Absolutely fantastic pizza — worth the stop or drive from anywhere on the coast (or even all the way from Portland…). Loved the tiramisu as well, heavy on the coffee but I was into it!

YUM! The mushroom & sausage pizza was soo good! The sourdough crust and side of homemade pesto put it over the top. Ate at the covered picnic tables in the back corner, out of the wind and cozy.

The ‘special’ was delicious, and we can hardly wait to try all of others. The crust is perfect; chewy and flavorful wood fire crunchy bubbles. LOVE!
