Forever Yogurt

👋🏻 Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to Forever Yogurt in La Grange on 7/17/24 (Wednesday) with my bestie. This was my first time coming here and unfortunately I came with a full stomach because I had ramen before coming here. My first impressions walking in was a clean and organized place. They had 20 flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from and many toppings as well. Some of the flavors were even vegan which was awesome for people that are vegan. 🍽️ Food: I didn’t order anything, but my bestie did get some frozen yogurt with various toppings and she absolutely enjoyed it. 😌 Atmosphere: I loved the atmosphere. It was very colorful, great music was playing, and it was very clean & organized. ⭐️ Customer Service: I thought the customer service was absolutely great. A lady greeted us

It’s unfortunate that I have to rate this place one star and make this review but considering the treatment we received I find it necessary. We came in yesterday afternoon and an older woman with glasses took our order. She weighed our yogurts and was quick to give us our total before I could add in an order for boba. As I did she felt it was necessary to say, “You couldn’t have told me that before I rang you up?”. I was quite shocked with her response considering the place was empty. I withdrew the order as I found her comment inappropriate. It seems like she tried to make up for it afterwards but at that point she just made us feel unwelcome. I hope management takes the time to address this employee and her customer service.

Our favorite dessert place to go in La grange. There are lots of varieties of topping and quite a few yogurt flavors. The place is never crowded but there is always a few people. The ambience is nice. There is free street parking in front of the store but there is also La grange village free (covered) parking behind the store. My only complaint is that they don’t change the flavors that often so we go there once in a while.

This used to be my favorite fro-yo place in DTLG until the terrible way we were greeted and treated tonight, Tuesday Nov. 18th 2025. This place closes at 9PM, and we got there at 8:40. The girl working rolled her eyes as we walked in, obviously because she was hoping to leave early. She already had all the chairs flipped, ingredients away, and was mopping the floors. We didn’t even get a hello (she must have thought the eye roll was a customary greeting). I had to ask for toppings since she had so hopefully put them away already, and you would have thought I asked her to chop her own arm off. I hope the managers, owners, and anyone else with a vested interest in the company investigate this woman’s work behavior and that disciplinary action is taken. What a disappointment.

Forever yogurt is a great place for cool treats with lots and lots and lots of different toppings that are both sweet and tasty and healthy and full of sugar. Our kids love this place. We appreciate that the flow works really well i.e. the seating is separate from the counter and the serving stations. It’s great that you can fill up your own cup and add your own toppings. Prices are a little more than we expect but not outrageous. When they’re really busy, especially in the summer, they also add outdoor seating and open up the back area so that you can have lots of space to spread out for small groups and large groups.
