It was perfect. I even used my $5 birthday discount from joining their club. Had the skinny cucumber margarita and it was fantastic. I've had several dishes and not disappointed yet. Guacamole was off the chain!!

My son requested Mexican food for his birthday! Since we moved here, we have tried a few hyped up spots in Fayetteville area & was never impressed, left disappointed everytime. Decided to go try out Fonda Lupita tonight & we all loved it so much! Everything was so delicious, I could drink their queso, grilled peppers were actually spicy & they even got that GOODT ice!! Customer service was great & ambiance was very fun and cute! They even had a whole room section of toys, air hockey etc for the kids! Not a thing was left on our plates! DEVOURED. At the end, my son said- “This was the best birthday dinner ever.” Yay!! Thank you Fonda Lupita.

5 stars all around. This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve found in NC. The carne asada meat is seasoned so well, the salsa and chips were amazing, and the birria tacos and consommé were delicious too. The beans, the rice, the churros… my God this food is AMAZING. Loved the music and overall atmosphere. The staff were very patient and friendly. I’ll be back!

I got the quesabirria combo and my mom got 1 chicken taco. The fountain drinks tasted kinda strange but not horrible. The quesabirria dipped in the broth was supppperrrrrr good. The beans & rice were some of the best ive ever had. My mom wasnt impressed with her taco but she liked my food. Service was great. Will definitely come again !

A hidden gem in downtown Sanford. I ordered "guizo" (dish) tacos carnitas en salsa verde and pressed chicharron. I was skeptical, but im glad I made the choice. The dressings like cilantro onions and salsa are self serve to add as you please. What amazed me is they have a kiddy section for your kids to walk over and have a little fun while you finish your meal. I ordered me a crispy model on draft but they also have bottles if thats what you prefer. The music is playing but its not overwhelming, puts you in a good mood to just sit back enjoy your food without having to rush, kinda even makes you want to get up and dance lol. It has ample seating and we'll what else can I say the food was delicious as they have a wide variety. I recommend everyone to come by and give it a try, you will not
