This review is for a 40th birthday event I hosted for 30 people. I can’t speak to the venue as an Airbnb stay — this is only about their service as an event space. I hired multiple vendors (sound, lighting, photo, catering, furniture, etc.), and while the owner Ronald seemed friendly and flexible at first, communication quickly became a problem. After I paid the deposit, it regularly took 3–4 attempts just to reach him. On event week, Ronald and his manager Kylie assured me they’d be on-site early. But the day of: No one showed up to receive the furniture delivery at the agreed time. Kylie didn’t arrive at 2:30pm as promised. Great spot to chill and get inspired. My wife took me for a birthday surprise and it was wonderful.
