F.L.X. Table

“Farm-to-table” concepts have become hackneyed and often fail to live up to the promise. Not so at F.L.X. Table. Each course highlighted invigorating, seasonal ingredients executed masterfully. The intimate, “family style” seating completes the convivial atmosphere and affords one the opportunity to enjoy great food—and libations—with new friends.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The food was incredible, the wine pairings were delicious and it was a nice, cozy/cute atmosphere. Sitting at a communal table was awesome - very much felt like a fancy dinner at a friend’s place where you are meeting new people. Well… If your friend can cook damn good food and serves awesome wine. Enjoyed it and would recommend to everyone who visits the finger lakes or for a special occasion.

I love this place for an indulgent night out. Come with an open mind and an adventurous palate! I've only been twice and the menu was quite different each time. I love that the chef shares his inspiration and sourcing for the different courses along the way. The sommelier is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful whether you want just one drink or one of their pairing experiences.

We did the super secret winery private chefs table tonight and…I don’t have words. The atmosphere was so incredibly cool I will give you that. The presentation of all of the dishes was impeccable. But, omg, the food…abysmal. We started with crudités with a champagne pairing. This was good and no complaints. Next was a black cod with radish paired with a white wine. This was still good although the dish was a little salty. The second wine I finished approximately half of. The third fish course, oh boy. They gave us a brown Riesling which was paired with caviar fish and roe. I tried the Riesling with the caviar and gagged. I couldn’t deal with it. That Riesling is the worst wine I have ever tasted. I had them box the rest of this dish because my palette was ruined. The fourth pairing was a

Service was good. The food was atrocious. We have been to several pre-fix dinner experiences like the one offered at FLX and this was disappointing to say the least. The star of the night was the focaccia bread. The rest was a series of salty odd plates we just did not care for at all. Even the dessert was salty. We wouldn’t recommend nor return. Sad that there were so many great reviews which led us to book a dinner experience here.
