I am exceptionally impressed. If a thousand-star rating were an option, I would readily provide it. The breakfast cuisine offered here is, without a doubt, the finest I have ever encountered. Every dish we ordered was impeccably presented, the flavor was extraordinary, the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was equally remarkable. Upon sampling the blueberry cheese souffle, I was utterly captivated and left speechless by its exquisite taste and perfect visual presentation. I will undoubtedly be returning to this establishment repeatedly. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to everyone I encounter, whether in a retail setting, on the street, or at a fitness center. This place has been on my list of places to try. It didn’t disappoint. From the cute and clean decor to the inviting staff and owner. A family friendly hidden gem. The food is made it order. Everything that was ordered was very fresh and cooked to perfection. Fluffy fluffy is the perfect name because it literally describes the food. I ordered the tiramisu matcha pancakes, smoked salmon croffle (one to eat there and one to go, yes it was that good) along with the strawberry matcha to drink. My partnered ordered the breakfast sandwich (no protein) so they doubled his eggs, the raspberry caramelized banana pancake with mango boba as the sit in meal, and the jalapeño chicken pancake to go; their version of chicken and waffles). The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they care about quality. The soufflé pancakes were absolutely delicious, light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you appreciate fresh flavors and thoughtfully prepared food.

We tried the bacon, eggs, and tater tots on the side of our soufflé pancakes. I got the blueberry soufflé pancakes that comes with ice cream on it already and it had these caramelized orange slices that they torch sugar on like creme brûlée and was so yummy! My wife tried the signature soufflé pancake and she had syrup on it which was good. Also, the spicy aioli is yummy with the tater tots! They have the cutest bonsai plants on each table!!!

So yummy! The pancakes are not too sweet and so fluffy. The eggs Benedict on waffle was so good with bacon. Drinks are a bit pricey $3 for a soda (could use a fountain drink machine) but they did have water available for free. Seating is limited but we made it work!
