Flour Water Salt Bread

This place is amazing, when you step in it smells so good! I got closer to close time so I didn’t get to see everything they offer but that means it’s so so good! I tried the Bellini, super soft and delicious, got some English muffin pack to take home and definitely will come back another day in the morning to check everything else. Best of luck!

A welcome new addition to Fairfield with lots of sourdough bread and bakery items! Come early for the most variety and options (by noon most baked items are sold out but you can still grab a loaf of bread and muffins). Friendly and helpful service.

Baked goods are really phenomenal. Lack of coffee options is an unfortunately big let down. Also very expensive, over $7 for some basic items, but worth it as an occasional treat

Amazing croissants . Sourdough bread is good but eat it on the same day, it becomes rock hard in few days!

Flour Water Salt is positively AMAZING. The ham and cheese croissant is incredible.
