Flossie's Bed & Breakfast

The house and both apartments are adorable inside. Beautifully decorated. The breakfast food was delicious. There are extra snacks also. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The bed's super comfortable. It is within walking distance of Llano's lovely courthouse square, unique shopping district, library and two parks. The price is excellent for the area.

We just stumbled on this website and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into or even what Llano had to offer. From the start, Patty was welcoming and since there had been a cancellation, we were able to stay in the cottage. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, inviting and fun. Even my husband loved every room and the nostalgic games from the '50's. The house was stocked with snacks and food for breakfast the next morning. It's only one block from the historic downtown and in three minutes you can drive across the bridge to the river for an exceptional walking path, picnic area and fishing. Llano is gorgeous and Flossie's is the perfect place to stay. I hate to rave too much about it because I'm afraid we will never be able to get a reservation again. :) We definitely plan to r

This little B&B was super cute and cozy. It's location was perfect for walking the town and the river. Wish there would have been a washer and dryer like some other B&B's I've stay in. It would have also been nice to have fresh breakfast breads delivered daily and not just the first morning of our 4 day stay. All and all Llano was a wonderful mini vacation!

Loved the decor and size of apartment. Great location! Hospitality was exceptional. Little perks that were actually huge such as juice and milk in fridge. Wine and desert on counter and all the fixings for an excellent cup of coffee.

This was the perfect quiet weekend place for us, convenient to historic downtown Llano. My wife and kids loved the house and gardens. There's a cobtinental breakfast provided. Patty is a real small-town sweetheart, and there's a feeling of Southern Hospitality when interacting with her. We will be back one day!
