“A Hidden Gem in Llano!” The Mustard Seed Bed & Breakfast is absolutely incredible. From the moment of arrival, the warm Texas hospitality makes you feel right at home. The property is charming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details throughout. The room was spotless, cozy, and full of character—exactly what you hope for in a B&B. The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy downtown Llano, the river, and all the small-town gems, while still offering plenty of quiet and relaxation. The owners go above and beyond to make every guest’s stay memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality truly set this place apart.

We had a wonderful stay at this precious B&B. We loved that inside we found a booklet telling the history of the home. The location was a short walking distance to food and shopping. 10/10 recommend!

This was our third stay at The Mustard Seed in Llano, TX, and it continues to be a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and inviting, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to relax. The location is perfect for enjoying Llano and the surrounding Hill Country. We came to the Llano Trout Release Party! We stayed at Perry’s Cottage! OMGEEEEE! It was so cute and cozy! We had everything we needed. The hot tub was an extra bonus!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Mustard Seed! We ended up staying an extra night, so we moved from Perry's Cottage to the Ratliff suite in the main house. Both were so cozy! I loved the extra touch of cotton balls in the bathrooms...I seem to forget mine!! The beds were comfy, and the rooms were simple but well-appointed. We will definitely visit again!
