Flames Restaurant

Always running out of food early. It's 4:30 and was told no more sweet chili wings being cooked. Then there was a whole wing in the tray and woman there wanted to charge me the price of two for it. Go figure you should've given it to me for the inconvenience of running out but you want to charge me double. I see why they have the lowest stars from the other Flames restaurant.

I used to love Flames growing up in Boston. When they came to Randolph I was excited. That excitement dwindled every time I went there. The people there are so rude like they are doing you a favor. 30$ for an oxtail plate better come with a how are you or have a good day sir. Food was 2 out of 5. Last 33$ they get from.‘I wouldn’t be suprised if this location is closed in a year. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!!

I don’t usually share opinion, or give rating. But on this occasion I was disgusted to see hair on the wing I bought today.. particularly I had already swallowed four to begin with, without checking. Not until I noticed the last few pieces.. “eeww I thought” the service need to improve guys

The woman serving the food was the best! My chicken was more bones than chicken and there wasn’t much flavor to anything in this plate which was depressing. At least I can say I got full 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve been avoiding this place but sometimes you just need a patty fix. Glad I went in my mom and daughter also wanted patties as well so 3 it was along with a red pease soup. I wasn’t disappointed. Went back a week later my daughter wanted curried goat hubby who prefers his pasta and meatballs went out on a limb for stew chicken. Didn’t forget my patty. It’s one of the best around these parts. My daughter did want the gravy on her rice and they really tried to make it right but she declined the correction. Clean atmosphere speedy service convenient location and the choice are plentiful.
