Fresser's Delicatessen

My first time having a pastrami sandwich from Fresser. It was delicious. Very tasty.

You feel like a local the moment you enter! Amazing customer service, incredible food and comfortable and clean dining room. The grilled muffin, new to this Midwestern, was delicious! The breakfast ruben-freckin' amazing! Go enjoy yourself a breakfast delight or a quick lunch, you won't be disappointed! Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time! Explore everything!!!

I think this is one of the last remaining traditional Jewish deli's left in the area. It did not disappoint. Got corned beef on rye and was delicious

To be honest, I don't normally eat deli meat, but the pictures looked good, so I decided to check out Fresser's Delicatessen since I was in the area. There is a small parking lot out front and a few counter seats with a small area for ordering inside. I got a corned beef sandwich on marbled rye with Swiss cheese (I basically constructed a Reuben without realizing it) and a cinnamon pecan pastry. My total came out to be almost $20, which feels like a bit much for a sandwich, but I think it is on par with most other sandwich/deli shops nowadays, and the portion size could be enough for two meals depending on how much you normally eat. I've been driving past here for years and totally missed out on an amazing deli. Deanna rocks and so does the food and atmosphere. Go check for yourself, I will definitely be going there more to make up for lost opportunities lol
