Not worth $28 for a burger that was avarage in taste, medium fry, and a shake. Shake was good. Fry's a little greasy. I won't go back
I placed a to‑go order at the counter and was greeted warmly at first. However, once the staff saw that I hadn’t added a tip for a to‑go order, the service noticeably changed. The cashier walked back to the kitchen, and from that point on the experience went downhill. The customer ahead of me, who had tipped, received friendly conversation and care from the cook. When my order was ready one minute later, the cook called out “74” without eye contact, dropped the bag on the counter, and immediately turned away. The food itself reflected the shift in attitude. My fries were completely undercooked — they came out of the cup as one clump of warm potatoes — and the burger patty was raw in the center. I couldn’t eat any of it, so I essentially wasted $20. I don’t visit often because it’s expens
We always enjoy Five Guys. The one in Hazel Dell, Washington is one of our favorites when traveling through Washington. It is easily accessible from I-5, has adequate parking, and friendly staff. The cheeseburgers were excellent and the establishment was clean. Only minor criticism is that the fries could have been warner. We dined in and they were mildly warm, but not hot as per usual. We would visit this location again and would recommend it to others.
Fries was way too salty. We had to dust the salt off with napkins... but it was nice and crispy. Burgers were tasty If u have a peanut allergy, beware, they have free peanuts all over the place. If not allergic, nice snack while waiting for your food.
I came in tonight to get a burger, and my burger came out pink and uncooked in some parts. I don’t know who was on the grill directly but they were tall and had glasses. Five guys do better for your high prices. Milkshakes were on point however.
