Five Guys

I usually love 5 guys. I get my burgers lettuce wrapped. But this was pathetic. One thin leaf of lettuce on either side of the burger. By the time it got done sitting in the bench waiting for other people’s orders to get packed up the lettuce was soggy. Had to eat with a fork and knife. What a mess. And it’s FREEZING in this place. I’m usually over warm everywhere. They are trying to create tundra in here. Oh and the Coke machines are out of half the flavors. Just poorly run operation.

Hot Fresh Cut Fry No Seasoning 🤤 We take 3 order home to have with our build your own veggie burger night. Sometimes We grab a delicious shake as well! Staff is welcoming and kind. Always smiling. Extremely Clean Tables and Drink Station. The restrooms were exceptionally clean and stocked.

The burger was good. The fries were crunchy and some were chewy, on the verge of burnt. They recook the fries to heat them so they are over done. Instead of making new ones, they try to get rid of the old ones. The music was too loud so I couldn't hear the guy when I ordered and there was a creepy guy in there (a homeless customer?)who kept coming around me even trying to avoid him. It was so disappointing. The Prescott store is better. Its worth the drive to get a good meal Sorry for the bad review.

Five Guys, the REAL BURGER KING👑 Absolute phenomenal kickstart to Prescott Valleys new Five Guys location. After two days of Lunches it's just incomparable to any burger joint around. And being someone who lives close by it's hard not to eat here so often! The Burgers and Fry's are still unmatched to any fast/gourmet environment. And their new Milkshakes are amazing, I recommend trying their signature "Bacon Milkshake". Trust me, it's worth it. But if you aren't an ice cream person the 100+ flavored Soda Machine is probably their most impressive possession beyond the food. Even since I was a kid it makes me go wild filling my cup with another flavor that I couldn't get anywhere else besides the Store. The only complaint I have is the lack of seating for this location. I ordered a catering pickup for 11:15am and didn’t receive it until noon. I even left to pick up my child and came back, giving extra time, and it still wasn’t ready. If 11:15am isn’t a realistic pickup time, it shouldn’t be offered. Especially since the order was placed days in advance. I understand you open at 11am, but a later first pickup time would make more sense. I won’t be ordering catering from here again.
