To begin with the POS system started messing up when I began my order. Good thing my cards weren’t charged multiple times after telling them their system was offline as to why it wasn’t working. We had order #66. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 patty melt. We left the store and noticed that the patty melt was missing. We returned to the store to retrieve the rest of our order just for them to give us a patty melt, WITH NO PATTY. What a complete disappoint to spend all this money and be dissatisfied.
Place is cool. Really good customer service and cleanliness on point. Can’t say the burgers were good. I haven’t been in years but back then, you knew the difference when getting Five Guys. Now, you might as well go get some Jack n Box or Burger King. IMO
Food was great, Excellent service from young man named Jordan! Love the new location.
New construction. I came here because I saw that welcoming blurb from the owner, figured it was now open, but it's 5:00 pm on a Friday and the door is locked and nobody's inside.
