Quick friendly service. I could barely wrap my mouth around the 2 patty hamburger because it was so thick. Everything tasted good but be aware of the price. My hamburger, fries, and shake was a $26 lunch 😬 I stopped here because it was within walking distance to numerous shops including Target.

Honestly with how busy tonight was with the online sale and then being flooded with 60+online orders. They worked fast as they could, worked together well, very communicative with their customers, were sincere, kind, honest and straight to the point. Just wish all the customers there were understanding on the situation they were in and how they handled it.

Placed an order in the building waited 45 minutes after multiple times of asking them if my food was ready they told me yes it’s been ready so my food was just sitting there for over 30 minutes. Cold would not remake my food so $42 for nothing bun soggy fries are cold completely un edible to eat the burgers do not recommend this location drive to the Newport News location

My wife and I wanted a good burger for dinner and decided to go to fives guys. We were very disappointed because after spending $37 for 2 burgers a small fry and a tip the burgers had no taste. Time to take a break and find another burger spot.

It took 20 minutes to get food, once I received my food the fries extremely salty i mean over the top! I I asked for raw onions on my little burger combo it so much onion. It was more like an onion burger huge chunks of them too( i didnnot ask for extra onions either). I suggest less salt and less onion on the burgers unless customers ask for them.
