this was my first time going to a 5 guys so i had no idea what to expect. i’m really not a burger person and typically don’t care for them. i had gotten a patty melt and loved it so much!! they were so kind and welcoming. i know it’s weird but i love mayo with my fries and i had asked for some and they immediately got me not one but two cups of mayo to have with my large cajun fries. it was an awesome experience for me and my husband to have lunch with my sister. we had a wonderful time and our food was out quick and absolutely delicious. it was awesome and again the service was incredible!!
Tasty burgers here! Came here for the first time while in the area and ordered a bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings. The burger was delicious! Staff was friendly. Prices were fair and service was fast.
I love Five guys. The diner atmosphere of this place is cool. Simple and delicious burgers, over flowing fries, free peanuts and bottomless beverages are a win! My go to is the double bacon cheese with “all the toppings”, jalapeños and an extra patty. Might not be the prettiest but it’s is YUMMY!
Visit this location since I havent been able to since I last visit NC. I asked the Manager in the black shirt what size (once) did his fries came due to me not eating a lot and his response was that the size doesn't matter because we serve extra. Can't complain over having extra fries, although I wouldn't be asking if I wouldn't find it important to me as a customer. He's currently training someone and if this is the way you want your employees to express to the customer by turning down their questions and make it not important then you need to reconsider. Never in the years that I had running a restaurant have i ever said stuff like that to a client. One thing is to suggest and another is to be obnoxious. Situations like this explains why there's so much parking space in this location.
BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER UBER EATS FROM HERE. I can only describe it as not 5 guys, the burger, fries and everything else I ordered came in different packaging and different bags, it tasted and looked completely different that what you would expect five guys to look like, I don't even believe it came out of the same kitchen.
