Five Guys

I am picky but my order usually consists of a chocolate shake wirh banana whipped cream and oreos with grilled cheese. They are obviously pricey, but at this location, you are getting what you pay for and then some. You do have to wait a little longer, but I dont mind since the food is so delicious. They never disappoint. I've gotten stuff missing from my order, but they do a really good job at giving you your food. They care a lot about their customers, and they are very accommodating. Not only with the food but with wheelchairs. They keep their inside and outside dining areas very very clean.

Well, im done with 5 guys. We don't go often anymore because of the cost, but we'd treat ourselves every now and then. The last 2 times we've gone our burgers were so dry and tasteless, nothing how they were a year ago. And now today, Jan 21, 2026, they shrunk the small fry to the size of a McDonald's small fry, with very little overfill. For the price they charge, its just not worth it anymore.

Went there Saturday 9/20 for lunch around 12:30. Place was dead and rightfully so. The crew was not interested in working or providing a service, just bullshitting and looked to be stealing time. The place or the employees didn’t look clean whatsoever. The wait wasn’t bad, but since when did you guys stop putting scoops of fries in the bag?!? Not only were the fries not crispy, but I ordered a large fry thinking I would share with the wife and kids because even a little fry used to fill me up and when I received my order there wasn’t a single Fry in the bag outside of the cup. I received a 3/4 full large cup of fries sitting next to my burger. I literally paid over 8 dollars with tax for this large fry and was so disappointed. The scoops of extras fries always made the pricey food worth it

Great new super clean location. Friendly staff behind the counter. Everything you would expect from the 5 guys chain. Only thing which was annoying is the music was so loud in the store it was hard for the customers to hear their order numbers being called especially if your in the front of the store and on the opposite end of the counter.

This particular location was ran like a well oiled machine.. I was paying very close of food handling and preparing. I'm very picky and even more so when it comes to my family eating out. Great location and very fast and friendly. I must add i notice gloves being removed and placed on when entering the prep areas.
