Five Guys

I went to Dover 5 Guys. There were 4 guys at grill doing more talking than cooking. Apparently the guy can only make one Burger at a time. I wouldn't go back if i was on lunch break, not enough time. The place wasn't even busy. Not anymore go to lunch. The food and fries were good

Order food tonight. Ticket #32 chocolate shake was water. It was a food pick up. I called to speak to them about it. I ask for a refund they said no bring the shake back they will remake it. I can’t believe thier response. Hey Five Guys - no thanks we tired from a long day at work. We will never come back to your place to order anything. You should get a lesson in customer service and how to make the shakes the way they are advertised by Five Guys. Not make a customer chocolate milk.

Using the self order option is fantastic! Had a wonderful time with my son and highly recommend for anyone with a group since there are long tables available.

Great service and food. From the start, I was greeted by a friendly cashier, who actually asked if no bun was due to allergy it preference. A±± question that is easily missed. Burgers were classic five guy burgers that hit the spot.

often times i come in and the female manager on shift is noticeably unpleasant/berating the staff. workers are clearly uncomfortable and upset. she is very loud and unprofessional, making the overall experience less than enjoyable. no one wants to patronize a place where the team is heads down walking on egg shells due to their supposed 'leader.' food is decent but pricey, many other places to choose from close by for the same things with better experiences.
