Fisherman's Market & Grill

I went for cod fish and chips, and although my favorite is panko breading, theirs has a very light crust, not doughy, with lots of fish. They were really good, not too greasy. The fries are thick, more like steak fries and were delicious. The cole slaw wasn't heavy and tasted very fresh. You order at the front counter from a large menu, and they bring the food to you. They have a large outdoor deck and lots of seating inside. I look forward to trying other seafood entrees.

We had a delicious lunch while visiting the area. We started with a shrimp cocktail and then ordered shrimp and cod plates. What I loved most was that the seafood wasn't over battered! The wedge fries were crisp on the outside and tender in the middle; perfection. The sweet potato fries would have been perfect as well but were overcooked. We still ate them. Pricing was appropriate. Although there is self seating, the service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return!

I’ve been to two other locations and this one is very good. The prices are really expensive in my opinion. $34.95 for 8 shrimp with fries and coleslaw or $21.95 for 6 on their own. $30.00 for the haddock. We liked the thin batter and enjoyed the food and their wine and beer selections are very good.

I recently moved to La Quinta and was looking for seafood. I found it! I love this place. The best Maui Maui tacos with big portions of fish. The calamari was delicious. This will definitely be my go to. The only reason for a four, is when I walked in re my order, a tall man @ the counter was pretty rude. Not friendly, not welcoming. Luckily the woman @ the cashier was super nice and friendly.

Low-key atmosphere, with Seafood deli and eclectic Seafood menu. Big outdoor patio and inside self seating where you order at the cash register before sitting down and they happily bring your order out to you when it's ready. Great service! Hidden gem in the desert for affordable traffic.
