Nitroinfusions

I ordered the cookies & cream and it was pre-made, so I didn’t get to watch it being made fresh. The ice cream was still good but it would’ve been cool to see the whole show.

i love nitro fusion, after date nights we typically come here and enjoy a good ice cream made fresh and in minutes + you get a whole show. my husband and i came in today 10/13 around 5:30 and got a large cookies and cream it was done within seconds… its pricey to not get the full experience every time even if i’ve watched it a million times i would hope they make it fresh, our ice cream just ok it had a freeze burn taste we didn’t enjoy as always , maybe it was because it was pre made pre stored ... not satisfied:(

Good news! This business was scheduled to close last month but was able to extend their lease and get additional space to grow their product line!! Try them true great. This is the perfect end to a meal in Old Town. Or a stroll one afternoon through Old Town. Or a visit to the Farmers Market in Old Town. Or a round of golf at PGA West or Silverado. Or just a drive across town to have a cold Ice Cream treat. But not just Ice Cream, a fresh Nitrogen made ice cream. I have had this idea in other places, and they are good, but this is really top notch. The ingredients seem top of the line, and the service is great. It does cost a little more than traditional ice creams, but it is worth it, and I like ice cream a lot. The flavors are varied. You will find something you like for sure. We w

Holy cow this was good ice cream. It’s now in my top three of my relatively long and well traveled life, with the others being in Berlin and also Salt and Straw in Portland, OR. It probably had the best consistency and density. It also includes a free show. Yes it’s a bit pricey but this is in Old Town La Quinta. I guess I’ll go again tomorrow.

This place is great! We got affogato and it was delicious. They even had Pup Cup, our dog loved it.
