First Watch

Samantha was awesome! Super attentive and made sure we got our entire order. The food was amazing as always! They throw down in the kitchen! Blueberry Lemon Cornbread was a nice surprise!

I never really understood the hype of this place but after going there for a few times, I can see why people flock in here! First of all, they are only open from 7:30am to 2:30pm every day! 😊 for the breakfast, brunch and lunch that is served you get a whole lot for the money you spend. I guess it’s called a bank for your buck! I love how lively it is and also very clean. The staff is friendly, even though they are extremely busy! They have great selections of breakfast foods, that includes pancakes, waffles, toast, etc. The eggs,bacons and sausages are delicious! The idea of getting on the waitlist is wonderful, because once you’re on it, it doesn’t take long to get seated when you check in. I got a timeframe of 25 to 35 minutes “wait” and that gave me enough time to prepare myself,

I’ve ordered here multiple times through Uber and pick up. The quality seems to have changed with the food. The customer service has also declined from management and staff. I asked a question about a fee on my receipt because the charge wasn’t clear. Because if it was a bag fee I was going to go get one. But it was not. I was told it was a fee for packing supplies. Which is confusing because thats an overhead charge for the business. I’m taking my food to go I can’t take it in my hand or should I bring to go containers to avoid the fee. I was met with a rude response and not a clear response at that. Because I wanted to know how to avoid the fee and why I was being charged. Especially since it’s a to go order. Lauren, our server, was amazing! Great energy and great smile…we felt like she’d welcomed us into her home for breakfast. The ‘Tri-fecta’ and ‘Tres leches’ French toast was delicious! The bacon…OMG, definitely coming back just for the bacon. I had the ‘Morning Meditation’ and my son had a ‘Purple Haze’ drinks - both were tasty. Pro tip-use their ‘Get in Line’ feature so you’re not having to wait behind walkins.
