First Watch

We went for Sunday brunch, and since the restaurant doesn’t take reservations, we waited about 15 minutes before being seated. We asked for a booth because our daughter wasn’t comfortable in the high chair, and the staff was very accommodating. Ordering was easy, and the food tasted fresh and flavorful. We tried a couple of mocktails—Purple Haze and Morning Meditation—which were just okay. However, all the main dishes were excellent. We especially enjoyed the lemon ricotta pancake, Belgian waffles, Tri Feta, Floridian French toast, and the side of potatoes. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was attentive and friendly.

Food was absolutely amazing, fresh, great portions, paid attention to my allergie restrictions!! Waitress was kind, attentive, and check up on us offen. The place was clean, well design and a calm but inviting atmosphere.

I recently visited First Watch and had another wonderful experience. I ordered the chocolate chip multigrain pancakes, which came out hot, fluffy, and perfectly balanced between indulgent and wholesome. The chocolate chips melted just right into the hearty multigrain batter, making each bite both rich and satisfying without feeling overly heavy. Our server, Nick, was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The ambience at First Watch is always inviting, with a bright, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere that makes it a great spot to enjoy breakfast or brunch. First Watch is easily the best breakfast chain you are going to find. The food is excellent. Even their specialty juices are fantastic. The service is friendly and the restaurant looks clean.

We always love going to First Watch in Audubon, however this was our first time having Tia as our server. She was amazing! Looking forward to having her as our server again.
