Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I love Bruster’s ! I love their oat milk ice cream it’s vegan and completely delicious. Their homemade waffle cones are fabulous. My husband and son love their dairy based ice creams! Take a look at all the delicious toppings. Adding today-I just tried the mango oat milk ice cream and it is so good!!!

Several times this year we stop by and it takes a long time before anyone comes to wait on us. Twice, no one came and we left. We appreciate the dairy free ice cream but they are always flavors with chocolate. If you don't like chocolate - you have no choice. We pretty much have given up coming to the Audubon location.

Was there today 10/5/25 with the family. I ordered a small regular blast with M&Ms and waited at the pick up window. When they handed it to me, the ice-cream was melted and extremely runny. I asked them to remake it, the worker poured the ice-cream into a bigger cup and than adding more ice-cream on top. The bottom half was melted and the top half had a scoop of ice cream on top. Will not be back to this place.

While I really didn't care for the Caramel Explosion with Twix (where were the Twix?), the Double Chocolate Chunk and my waffle cone were very good. My wife enjoyed her Wedding Cake in a cup as well. Decent location, a lot of ice cream flavors, and reasonable prices make it worth a visit in my book.

Stopped by Brusters after a hot (95) day for ice cream. Being from Wisconsin and connoisseurs of premium dairy products, we wanted to try the local fare. It was alright, B-, just above passing grade. Service was good, although they were out of some options (and at the end of a hot day, I can understand that!). For a classic ice cream stand, Bruster's gets a passing grade.
