Firehouse Subs S. Daytona

First and last time here. Ordered on App, got there and staff member said they didn’t get my order. She didn’t even stop making sandwiches to help me. Just told me to contact customer service and nothing she could do. No apology, no customer service to help. Acted like I was bothering her. So I had to order again and pay twice. Sub was then thrown together and very sub par. Still trying to get a refund for initial App order. Just really bad customer service and food was nothing special especially for that high price. Lots of other choices of sub places so won’t be back to Firehouse. As a retired firefighter, really disappointing.

Always a good experience at this firehouse subs. The food is always hot and fresh . We’ve never had an issue with an order once from this location and the employees are always very friendly. This firehouse is one of the cleaner ones I’ve seen. And their mac & cheese that they just added to the menu is my absolute favorite I will stop there just for that on the way home

Not a bad place to grab a sub from but wow these prices are getting high. $20 for a large meal is crazy. The sandwiches are good and all but prices should be super low in south Daytona lol I don’t know how anyone can go out and eat anymore to be honest. The workers were all nice and the store was clean and sun was good. So if you got the $$ to spend get a sub

This location takes Great Care to provide the BEST food possible. I Appreciate their attention to detail. The people are Awesome! The Bread is Perfect. The Ingredients are Always Fresh! The tall, bald employee was completely unprofessional and showed zero customer service skills. Overall, it was a really bad experience. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend going to the International location instead if you want to actually support Firehouse or are craving it.
