Always a great sub. Had the French Dip last time. Au sue was hot and tasty.

Had an online order. Not everyone that goes in there especially when doing an online order for the first time with firehouse is aware cups have to be retrieved from the drink area. Called in and tried to explain that to TAMMY and she because argumentative. Def not a great look for your business! Also what if someone is in a rush and forgot their drink. TAMMY NEEDS NOT TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES IF SHE IS GOING TO COMBATIVE OVER A DRINK… PER PREVIOUS REVIEWS THIS STORE IS ALWAYS FORGETTING SOMETHING!!! SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING AT THOSE LOCATION!!!!

Great sub and service. The drinking machines is in narrow space where customer pay and can turn around to get drinks. Can get crowded with paying customers and people getting drink and having to wait till area is less congested to either get drink or waiting to go back to your seat.

Forgot our drinks. I contacted customer service immediately. I was not contacted for several hours later and they wanted a picture of the receipt as well as the missing drinks. I am not sure how I can take a picture of something that wasn’t there. In total, the drinks are a couple dollars. Just offer a coupon for next time or refund my money. It’s silly to have to through a whole process when they forgot something.

Ordered online for us by our boss. She had a printout of what to order for each of us. Mine had too much mayo, missing lettuce & banana peppers, one half had a slice of tomato. Second time we've tried this location, no more.
