Firehouse Subs Laurel Shopping Center

Great, friendly service with a smile, but let's not forget this delicious Thanksgiving bomb which is the Thanksgiving Sub. The wonderful combination of turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce transports my taste buds to savory flavor. The turkey wasn't dry but tasty, the cranberry sauce was sweet but not overly sweet, and the stuffing wasn't too bready but just right. It's like a Thanksgiving meal on the go, in the palm of your hand. If you are reading this, hurry up and taste this holiday creation. You won't be disappointed in the least. I give it two thumbs up.

SO good!! Such an underrated sandwich spot. Why don't more people eat here? It's always empty when I visit. The quality and accuracy of the cajun chicken sandwich and the freshness and satisfaction of the French dip are second to none!

I had such a wonderful experience coming to this particular Firehouse Subs. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with warm smiles and was ready to help. The food itself was fantastic, but what really stood out was the manager’s kindness. I accidentally left my wallet in their restroom, and since I live about two hours away, I was really in a bind. The manager went above and beyond by personally taking my wallet to a UPS and shipping it back to me, no questions asked and no expectation of anything in return. It was such a genuine act of kindness and really showed what a true manager should be. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Yummy food, great service, and friendly people. Perfect for a late lunch.

I called them SEVEN times before my order was placed because I know they have a habit of sending me the wrong chips like they did three times before, I asked the driver to please make sure they give me the correct chips this time and he assured me he would. They obviously told him the correct chips were in the bag which they are NOT. Two nights in a row my order is wrong. I tried calling them to address this issue before posting this review, no answer AGAIN. I will NOT be ordering from them again and calling corporate tomorrow. This is pathetic. Can’t even enjoy my dinner wrong wrong items. Besides, I ask for BAKED chips for a reason!
