Firehouse Subs Janesville

This was my first time at a Firehouse sub. It was really cute and clean. The staff wasn’t friendly. I walked in and ordered right away but there was a long wait to get my food. The bathroom was really dirty. They have a Coke freestyle machine! I wish every place did. The food was really good!!! I really liked the cut up the veggies in small pieces instead of like subway and put them on in big chunks.

Sometimes you just have a craving for a nice juicy steak and cheese. The staff are super nice! Honestly some of the nicest ppl I’ve ever met at a restaurant! The food was delicious. It’s nice to have a place that you can get a steak and cheese and a veggie sub. They have one of those fancy soda machines so lots of options. They had someone in the lobby cleaning everything. Great service and food! Parking is easy. One of the best Firehouse subs I’ve ever been to! I’ll come back.

Disappointing. We did a mobile order at our office and ordered a bowl of soup that was just under $5 and received the smallest cup I've ever seen with about a ladle worth of contents in it and the garlic bread I ordered we didn't even receive. We also ordered cookies that were so dry they just crumbled apart. My co-worker said the sub he got was ok. It was our 1st time visiting and we were excited as an office viewing the menu, but it was a pretty disappointing meal and we won't be back. Plenty of other sub shops in Janesville that offer better quality food. Too bad these places don't take more pride in what they're offering.

Fantastic themed restaurant. Family friendly. Round up for first responders. The Firehouse Steak and Cheese sub was delicious, but to much sauce made the bun soggy.

It took about 25 minutes to get our three subs after ordering, which is way too long for a fast-food sandwich place. I’ve never been to any sub place that’s taken that long. It wasn’t extremely busy, and there were several employees working, so the wait really didn’t make sense. The food itself was fine, but the delay definitely ruined the experience — no fast-food restaurant should take that long to make subs.
