Firehouse Subs Gresham Village

Just had the worst service I have ever had at firehouse. I ordered the tuna sandwich as I have heard it was really good. I got the sandwich and the first bite I thought it was very underwhelming. After a couple more bites I realize the sandwich tastes sour and odd. I have had many other sandwiches and they are normally really good. I took the sandwich back to see what we could do since I was did not want to finish that sandwich. The "manager" stated that to many bites were missing for them to do anything. "Only ONE bite can be missing for a refund." I used to get Firehouse for all my staff meetings as they are close by and would recommend them everyone but will definitely be taking my business to Jersey Mikes down the road. I definitely did not appreciate the way this situation was handled

If you want a fast warm lunch/dinner, you need to go here if you haven't already. their sandwiches stand out over the other places. Friendly, Fast and correct on orders every time!

Always fresh and warm, taste and quality is consistent, service is always friendly and smiling. Hands down best sub you can buy, The Hook and Ladder is my go to sub. Medium is filling, but the large has more goodness to eat. I ended up getting the firehouse sub app and now build points towards future subs. Sign up gave me 50% off a sub sandwich!

Let me start off by saying, the food was great regardless of the service. We ordered online and walked up to the online pick up counter. SIX employees stood in front of us and not a single one acknowledged us. Keep in mind some were just standing around. I’d count the manager as #7 but he was sitting on a stool between FOH/BOH the entire time. After realizing we were being ignored, even though we were looking at our to-go bag, we got in line (the entire point of online pickup is avoiding the line) Aidan at checkout was very helpful, he tried explaining where to pick up. I told him we did and were not acknowledged, he helped, problem solved. But we noticed as we ate our food that NO one else was treated this way, coming and going.
