Firehouse Subs Dunlawton

This location in Port Orange is the most negligent and unapologetic staff I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had multiple issues with my orders and they just brush it off and don’t provide any reasonable solutions or accountability. Today was the last straw. I called ahead of time before my food was prepared to make sure it was made to my liking and the employee who answered the phone assured me she would take care of it and my food was not made how I asked STILL and very sloppy might I add.

First time there... I tried the Brisket, and it was really good, but it was kind of small for the price. And this has always been my experience in any of their restaurants, small sandwiches with a high price point, and they always look a lack of love when they are making it.

Ordered steak and cheese was a complete mess bread was completely soaked could not eat it unless i maybe had a fork $15 thrown in the trash . Girl with nose ring made it she needs some training

Sub is always made the way I request and my wife and I split a large sub to help keep are costs down and still get plenty of food to satisfy are appetite.

Long black hair in my food. I come here normally and never had this problem before. Please practice better hair coverage and hygiene.
