INCAS 360

We stopped here late, just 5 minutes before the kitchen closed. We sat at the bar, where a DJ was spinning music and the room was lively and loud. Fun energy, but definitely more of a late night party vibe at that hour. We started with pisco sours, and they were beautifully presented. Not in traditional glassware, but garnished with a lemon wedge, lime wedge, and a dried blood orange slice. Very attractive presentation. The drink leaned a bit sweet for our taste, but was still enjoyable. For food, we ordered the Fish al Aji Amarillo, and it was outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the aji amarillo sauce had great depth and balance. The onions were excellent. We also ordered the Chicharron de Pescado with fish bites and yuca. Always an amazing experience here! The owners and staff make you feel like family and the food is to die for! Everything is so fresh and delicious! If your close by or in town dont miss out, you won't regret it!

Food was fantastic and the service was fabulous. Everyone was really friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

My family of three stopped in to Incas 360 just for appetizers. We were amazed by the quality of food and sauces. While my daughter dined on ceviche, my mom and I shared this most delicious mixed seafood plate. The best part of the meal came when we ordered the shortbread cookies that melted in our mouths! Our young waiter was the best! We will definitely return on a Friday or Saturday evening for a quality Peruvian meal while we listen to live music!

Breezy was an absolute joy. He was so friendly and really went out of his way to make sure dinner was amazing. He brought us out two sauces to try with the New York Strip, and those were also wonderful! We will definitely be back!
