AstroKat Kava

Such a great third space! The staff and patrons are so welcoming. They have lots of different fun events every month. The coffee is really good and so are the kava/teas. Love coming here with my laptop and getting work done. Mady is the best!

I recently stopped drinking and have been looking for new places to hang out without alcohol. I discovered AstroKat and I am so grateful! Josh, Paloma and Mady are so welcoming and knowledgeable on kava and tea. The tea is amazing and the fun mocktails are great for a night cap. I would highly recommend stopping by! Where can I begin? I adore this place, I walk in and josh makes it feel like you and everyone who is sitting at his bar have been friends for years. He welcomes each and every new person with open arms and makes sure you feel like part of the family. I could be having the worst day, walk into astro and my mood feels lighter. The community here is truly beautiful. You can tell how much thought was placed into creating the space, the product, and the energy when you walk through the door. Few places have the ability to feel like a home a way from home, a truly safe third place. Love this new addition to Port Orange. Perfect non alcohol alternative place with good vibes and you get introduced to everyone and next thing you know you’re having good conversations. Drinks are amazing! Best staff!!

AstroKat Kava Bar is easily one of my favorite local spots! The drinks are excellent, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I love that they offer outdoor seating and plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Plus, their event calendar is always packed with fun stuff to do.
