Firehouse Subs Centerpoint Plaza

Thanks Firehouse Subs Troy and Jonathan for making some treats. Also being open 31st of December for two snowbirds that love Anthem for winters. Near our favorite Hamptons hotel. We had garlic bread with provolone cheese and your fantabulous famous pickles and chocolate chip cookie for a snack shopping. The French Dip and Garlic Beef so buttery sub is ahhhhhmazing too! Ahhhsome gentlemen! Happy New Always🎉 😋😋🙌

I walked in and I asked for a half sandwich packed with meat. This is what I got! Delicious well-made, fast friendly service, clean environment, fresh ingredients. You cannot ask for more. I went to Walmart to charge my electric vehicle and stumbled into this place.

The firehouse menu is delicious. But this anthem location is rough. The guy that made my sandwich had gloves on but kept wiping his gloved hand on His face and nose. The dining room is filthy. The drink area is disgusting. There is a layer of grime on the patrons side of the counter, I can't imagine what's on the food prep side. Not sure i will ever go back.

They never have Diet Coke on their machine. And today when I told the guy about it he seemed very indifferent even though I was pretty nice about it. Apparently they have to call a tech to do anything to the machine. They should have a sign somewhere telling people that some flavors are not working. That way they know before purchasing a drink

I have visited this store 2 times because of a gift card. Both times I have waited an half hour from when I placed my order to receiving my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but they seemed to have lost my order. I had to get back in line an ask about my order. I tried the Thanksgiving sandwich and it was very soggy with very little taste. Looked good on paper but was a wet bread sloppy mess.
