Firehouse Subs Cape G

I placed an order for 3 subs for pickup, for myself and 2 coworkers. I picked up our food and once back at work I realized 2 of our 3 subs were messed up, plus we were missing a drink and chips. I called to let them know and was told I could come pick up 2 new subs to replace the incorrect ones, plus the side and drink. I drove back to the restaurant, waited 15+ minutes, was told there was no more roast beef to replace 1 sub. I did not want a substitute, so I asked for a refund. I was told there was no manager available to do the refund and instead was given 2 expired "free sub" cards. After waiting for the other sub that needed replaced, I realized the replacement was fixed wrong as well. 4 subs later, only 1 was correct. Such a terrible first experience. I will not be back.

Within the last 3 visits the food has gotten worse. My sandwich has been cold with little meat. So little the bread was soggy from toppings. Today it was missing most of the meat. I basically paid 17.00 for a bread sandwich. I don't really care for fountain sodas ,so I ordered a bottle soda. Of which they didn't have. I asked if they have any and was told no, just get a fountain drink. I explained I don't care for and asked that they refund that amount back to my card. Was told they don't do refunds. I could either take a fountain soda or nothing at all. 🤔 I'm over Firehouse in Cape. I will not be back

It just seems like no matter what location of firehouse subs, they are so good! Hook and Ladder is the best!

Toppings were left off my salad and the lettuce was old and brown. The sandwiches were good though!

My favorite sub sandwich place I've had by far. Sure, you could eat cheaper at Subway, but not if you actually order a sandwich your way there. Even then, the difference in quality is night and day. Service is good; restaurant is always clean. Plus, they have a Freestyle soda machine! Highly recommended if you're about to head into work and you need a quick, tasty meal that isn't the same old fast food standbys.
