I came here on a Friday around 5pm. It was busy but not packed and it was happy hour from 3-7. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. She provided me great service as usual. I decided to order the Cajun ribeye with the garlic mashed potatoes. The bartender suggested the loaded garlic mash and adding a chili rub on the steak. I followed her suggestion and I was not disappointed! The steak was cooked just how I like (medium) and the chili rub really added a kick without overpowering the flavor of the steak. We visited to celebrate a special occasion. In the past, they added a few extra touches for celebrations like confetti or a complimentary dessert, but it seems those perks are no longer offered. I even asked, but no luck this time. Our server was excellent and handled our group’s different requests with patience. I mentioned that my mimosa was a bit too light on the champagne, and the manager personally stepped in to make a new one. It was much better the second time around. Specials are great, but they shouldn’t skimp on the bubbly! We ordered several appetizers to share. The wait was a little longer than expected, though everything arrived piping hot and nicely prepared. We decided celebrate our 45th anniversary at Firebirds & were very happy with our decision! Everything from our appetizer, to prime rib to dessert was delicious! Our server, Brian, was very attentive and always there to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be going back!

I came in with my man to share a nice valentines lunch, The place was great atmosphere wise, wasn’t too crowded or busy. Soon as we got sat our table was sticky a bit, didn’t really mind it but felt unsanitary. Server was nice but kept interrupting and asking questions mid chew when I was eating with my man, we ordered our meals and unfortunately our burgers were a bit too bland and salty, fries were great though. I’d love to come back with a better experience, however.
