The owners did a great job renovating, love the atmosphere. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. I ordered the Barbacoa Grilled Cheese. OMG, it was grilled on Texas toast and had plenty of meat on it. They have candied jalapeños on the side that taste great on the sandwich. It was definitely rich. I would have liked to drain more of the fat off. I’d go again and try to order something healthier 😃

I highly recommend going with friends so that you can share because there are so many delicious things on the menu! The brisket is the best around. I’ve tried brisket from lots of places around the Northeast and I’m always disappointed in how dry and chewy it is. The brisket from Firemission is cooked perfectly. My other favorites-the smoked turkey breast (you will be pleasantly surprised), the sausages, the spicy cilantro-lime slaw, the brisket nachos (pro tip: get a side of the street corn and add some on top), the cluster spud (a whole meal in itself) and the brisket burger! I don’t even like burgers, and I ate every bite. So excited beer is finally on the menu. I can’t wait for them to have their peach ring sour and peanut butter and jelly flavors.

Amazing BBQ, atmosphere and staff. Portion sizes are amazing, and if you get the chance to try the armadillo eggs (pictured) get them.

I’ve been here a few times now but waited to make a review until after tonight’s visit. First visit was awesome. The pulled pork nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had. My son loved the smoked turkey and the Mac n cheese was outstanding as well. 2nd time I came here the BBQ side was sold out of about 90% of their items and it was just after 6pm. The staff behind the counter were great at finding ways to accommodate, but still frustrating when coming in for dinner. Third time was tonight and the bbq side was not even open. No notice to guests that no bbq would be served tonight. The community as a whole is looking forward to having a bbq place and 2/3 times I’ve been it’s been mediocre or non existent. This is sad as the food is so good and they could do very well. On the other hand the

Hubby got the brusque burger. I got the smoked turkey sandwich. I am hard to please when it comes to BBQ. This place was AMAZING. Forgot a before picture I ate it too fast 🤣 definitely coming again! Also the beer *chefs kiss*
