We had an incredible meal! We sat at the counter so we had the joy of watching the kitchen while waiting for our food. With each plate made our mouths watered more and more. Now being gluten free this place had several options and did not disappoint ! We started with the salmon carpaccio. It was so simple yet complex with texture from the fried capers and the layers of flavor! Chef did the salmon justice for sure ! For entrees we had the pork chop (perfectly cooked I might add) and the special of the night pho. Both entrees were great! Bursting with flavor and balanced very well! For dessert we got the Asian crème brulee which honestly I was a bit skeptical of but let me tell you something it was perfect creamy and light with the perfect balance of Asian spices to take you on a out of this

What a fantastic find! Eclectic, expertly prepared menu with unexpected flavor combinations grounded in authenticity and bastardized in the best way possible! Cuisine leans towards Japanese & Korean but offers an admirable array of choices, includes pastas and chicken. Open kitchen creates a welcoming energy and the friendly staff complements the experience. A great addition to the growing Downtown Glens Falls food scene!

Finally had the chance to check this spot out. We got the Cherry ribs as an appetizer. They were cooked to perfection. Then I had the Ramen which was a 10/10. I highly recommend getting a seat at the Chef's table so you can watch them as they pay attentiin to every last detail in order to make ypu the perfect meal. We have already made plans to come back! 🤤

This place easily outdoes any restaurant in Saratoga Springs (and is worth the trip without question) - especially if you are interested in thoughtfully creative food and cocktails. Its clear details matter to the owners, chef, and bartender, who are right there before you (in an open concept kitchen) executing their vision with humble intension. The dishes bring flavors and cuisine from around the world. We had the lobster gnocchi (Italian), bao buns (Chinese), lumpia (Filipino), and kare rice bowl (Japanese). It was all fantastic - just perfect for our night out celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary! If you want to eat somewhere that feels very intentional with its menu and decor, serves delicious food out of an open kitchen, and has the friendliest staff imaginable, look no further. You don’t even need to read what I wrote below. Sit at the bar!! The chefs, which are the owners, chatted with us on-and-off for the whole night. They, and everybody else working there, looks and acts truly happy to be working there. The open kitchen concept was so cool and we got to watch all our dishes be made. I was hesitant to get the short rib because I had gotten it at another place the night before. I couldn’t be more glad I did. It was out of this world. The French onion served with it was ridiculous as well. I ate the rest of my girlfriend’s ramen too—insane. The eggs are perfection.
