Fiesta Rosita - Ellsworth

Overall I recommend the spot. It's nice to have a Mexican restaurant in town. Walked in and the place was clean there were plenty of place to sit in our server greeted me almost immediately. I got the complimentary chips and salsa like most Mexican restaurants. I ordered a chicken chimichanga and it came out very quickly. It looked to be a bit on the small side however once I started eating it I realized it was absolutely packed with chicken. Here's crispy on the outside and the chicken was moist and delicious on the inside. The beans and rice were, well, beans and rice. They tend to be the same everywhere I go they were not amazing but they were not bad either. The service was some of the best I've had anywhere. I'd recommend this location if you want a quick Mexican meal for a fair

I am really excited about having Mexican cuisine in town. I will come back and try again but your food has gotta be hot or warm when it arrives at the table. Another couple had ordered chicken Fajitas and when it came out it was not steaming hot. She said “it’s like it was microwaved.” Please work on food being warm.

I'm surprised by the reviews- the food is AMAZING. I lived in Tucson, AZ for 5 years and recently moved back. I REALLY missed good, "real" Mexican food- then my brother & sister-in-law recommended this place and its SOOOO good!! The food is just like Tucson Mexican food. I just wish their seating was more comfortable (lol). Order anything that has birria in the name!

Finally! A place to stop on our drive to and from the cities that’s something other than burgers! The food is fresh, sizzling in the background of beach-vibes music, and delicious! Chips, and salsa, rice beans and yummy street taco’s on a hot July day hit the spot!

The food was good, the atmosphere wasn't. Loud cartoons on the TV, hard to understand and communicate with the order taker. Order was not what I was expecting, when it came out. I think I got more than I wanted to order and it got very expensive for a few tacos. But. It was good.
