Great pub with fine cocktails and amazing food. Highly recommend The Penicillin Rxxxx and the Turkey Club...DELISH! The staff is friendly and we didn't wait long for service or food. I recommend sitting at the bar to watch the mixologist. It seems they work hard to perfect their cocktails. Great place for taste food, drinks and conversations.

Mike is amazing! He knows his food and drinks exceptionally well. Best espresso martini I have ever had. Home made sauces, jams and dressings. Gourmet food with a local twist. Kid friendly menu. The pb&j sandwich with crushed (home made) kettle chips and fried was awesome. Both burgers were fresh juicy and featured a locally sourced bakery bun. Cheese curds and wings were as good as anticipated. The pulled pork spiral cut fries were exceptional! Fish taco's were spicy but flavorful. Great beer selection on tap. This is a gem of a place! We had a party of six including 2 kids and will definitely be back!

Food is awesome, always great music playing. Stop here whenever I come up for work. Waited for an hour just to go here.

We stopped by on a Thursday evening. We arrived right before 5pm and there was plenty of seating. The bartender came over right away to take our orders. The restaurant is small, nothing fancy, but pleasant enough, the music in the background not too loud. We started off with cheese curds, which were served in a tall cone. The curds were fantastic, crisp, chewy, and squeaky. We added an order of ranch on the side, and I was really impressed by it; our server said it was house-made, too. For my main dish, I had the chicken enchiladas tacos. Now, I'm from California, and I look at any Midwest takes on Mexican food with a critical eye, but these were really good tacos! My husband had the maple whiskey burger and really enjoyed his meal. I sneaked one of his fries and found it to be delicious.

I have been going to Common Man for years and it keeps getting better. The food is SO good and the menu is always fresh with great specials. If you are connoisseur of great cocktails, Mike is your guy! He is a magician/chemist/bartender extraordinaire plus he’s interesting, personable, and passionate about his craft. You’ll have a great time!
