FIESTA BITES PIZZERIA

Picked up a Supreme Sicilian for first time before the storm. Took up entire front passenger-side floor! Lighter than it looks (fluffy dough) and crispy crust. Dough crisps up after reheating in toaster oven. I've also had their Cheese Steak and Steak Bomb (I prefer the Bomb). Hope they change up menu or add a few more pies in Slice app (Grandma? Marinara/Vodka/Pesto? More cheese and topping options—Pecorino Romano/Burrata/Mozz? Basil? Anchovies?) Nice to have them in the Heights 🍕💫

Great new owners! My kids LOVE the cheese pizza. They say it's perfect! Salads come with toasty grilled REAL pita. Salad had lots of fresh cut veggies. We've enjoyed everything we've tried so far.

Surprised that they had good pizza! I always smell something cooking when we walk or drive by this place and always wanted to try it. It’s definitely a local pizza joint, nothing fancy, but I’d come here again for the pizza! Super friendly and accommodating staff! :)

These guys are the best. Amazing Sicilian slices. Cheese and Spinach both fantastic. All the guys that work here are great. I walked in today and asked for yeast for my dough, and they hooked me up with no question or expectation to even order. I ended up getting a slice anyways and it was great. They had wet yeast and after giving it to me they explained the quantity to use by weight because I have only used dry yeast before.

This was pretty solid pizza shop pizza. The crust was perfect, sauce was good. I have to go back and try their Sicilian style slices.
