Food: We went here for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint! The braised beef bowl and very flavorful because they lathered it in sauce. It was a bit salty but very filling. The beef was good and the rice was cooked nicely. The crispy fish bowl was not as great as the braised beef bowl but still yummy. It was too salty with the fried fish, the pickled veggies, the tartar sauce, and the sauteed greens all in one bowl. Luckily, the server gave us water. For the price, it's not bad. You have the option to make your own bowl so this place is great for those with dietary restrictions. Service & atmosphere: The servers were very friendly and they gave us our food quickly but not too quick which I like because they took time to cook the meat and assemble the bowl rather than give us a pre-mad

Im so happy to see fresh and healthy cooked food in Harlem. I was on a mid day walk, passed by and decided to come in and check this place out. As soon as I walked in and saw the chef cooking, I knew I wanted to eat here. I decided to try the curry chick peas bowl with sweet plantains and the food did not disappoint. My friend had the fried chicken bowl and had the same sentiments. The place was clean, friendly, welcoming with good service. Now don’t come in here with little money. You need money in here but I think it was worth every coin. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you!

IN LOVE with this place!! Sure, I’m Chinese and rice is in the blood— but GOOD rice is a necessity. Pair that with a dash of heart into the recipe and service of workers? It’s a wrap - you got me as a repeat customer! This place has delicious flavored meats paired with different rice. Their veggie mix is so flavorful and fresh I could eat that alone. Their veggie mix utensils are cheap flimsy plastic type… but the bowls are quality paper not styrofoam at least. Killer music on their speakers makes for good vibes

Really cute place and the service was excellent. It has mostly a carribbean vibe but with a few fusions I think. Like one of us had an oxtail egg roll. I had the roasted chicken bowl and subbed brown rice. It also had pickled onions vegetables , not just carrots or broccoli but leafy greens, and an avocado type sauce. The food was delicious. I would definitely return. We went to the one in Harlem 🙌🏾

Field trip does great food fressshhhh! Black owned. Rice bowls where they care about the quality of the bowl all the way down to the rice, to the base, up to the tippity top. Even the veggies are flavorful here! 🖤
