Felix's BBQ with Soul

Just wow! I’m certain angels were singing as my tastebuds reveled in the delectable flavors of my Southern Grandma’s delicious cooking of my childhood. Granted, Christmas music was playing (yes, angels were actually harking perfectly on time). The staff is so friendly and helpful. Too many good things, definitely going back for more!

We came for lunch and left with full stomachs!!! 😊. When they this BBQ with Soul they are not kidding. Jay was our server and Jay was fabulous! Jay took our order and returned with our food! The food was delicious! My BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken were very tender!! My yams and greens seasoned without being salty. The price for the portions is appropriate. There was plenty of seating available when we arrived. Plenty of free parking. I truly enjoyed the Motown music being played during my visit. They also offered catering!

COME TO THIS SPOT!!! Workers extremely friendly, Joseph was also so sweet. Love the atmosphere and love their cornbread even more. Will be coming in more often! Ordering online was also an easy process!

I've been in San Diego for 14 years now and finally found barbecue that's worth buying. I got the sampler platter and was a thousand percent happy. Great flavor great smoke tender juicy everything you want in your barbecue! And I'm a Le Cordon Bleu Chef so my standards are higher.than others. TOP NOTCH!!

Black eyed peas were off the hook! Hush puppies were so good! The rib tips were just ok this time, kinda dry. Mt husband enjoy the brisket. The okra was salty for me. Also my husband enjoyed the fried green tomatoes. Overall we enjoyed the meal . We would not reorder the cabbage. However, we'll be back.
