Christophe Rull Patisserie

First thing you notice is the warm welcome in - “Bonjour”. So lovely. The Patisserie is open and light and spotlessly clean. I love the French bistro chairs, took me right back to the cafes on the streets of Paris. All staff are attentive and ready to serve you with a smile. We even had the honor of speaking with Chef Rull, who is personable and friendly, and so open to sharing all that the Patisserie is about. He is genuinely happy to have you visit and committed to the best of everything for his Patisserie. It is a joy to witness such passion being executed in such a delicious way! Lovely French bakery with amazing lattes and delicious ham and cheese and baguette! I will definitely go back. I would love to try his chocolate which he’s renowned for and the macaroons looked really good too! You wouldn’t want to miss out on this outstanding pastry chef’s creations!

While the pastry I had was the best I’ve ever tasted…my FAVORITE thing about my experience was meeting the owner, celebrity pastry chef, Christophe Rull. He has every reason to have a big ego with all he has accomplished, and yet he remains humble and kind. He has a very jovial and fun personality, great sense of humor, and I got to hear his story of how he came to the U.S. and worked his way up to the top of some of the most famous establishments, even landing a show on Netflix…and finally being able to open his own patisserie with his name on it. If you want to treat yourself or someone else, stop here and good luck deciding on what to have! Omg, San Marcos community is so lucky to have Christophe's skills and this patisserie. We tried 5 different pastries, all delicious! Im a regular visitor to the area from up north, and this bakery is now a "must go" for every future visit.

This place is great. Me, who lives in France, think that here they have one of the best croissant I ever taste! There baguettes are a pick of perfection. I love the croûtons, end of the baguettes, and they are so good on thèse! They have not everything, they have choses the best!
