Fearless Fish Market

This is such a great spot, the smoked salmon was one of the best bites of salmon I’ve had including all cooking styles. Really fantastic sushi grade bluefin tuna and salmon. Definitely recommend to those wanting to try some great fish. They were so friendly and helpful!!

If I could give this place a 6/5 I would! Amazing quality fish and the kindest girl behind the counter! I had the most amazing Valentine’s night in because of you all 🥰🥰

UPDATE We had an exchange with Stu and he was receptive to feedback and took actions to improve the experience for the future. ------------------ Good fish, poor service. After we had waited 10 minutes to be serviced, another customer walked into the store and stood next to us at the counter. The worker tended to them first and was dismissive when we noted that we were skipped. When we finished ordering our fish, she asked "Can I move on? Because there's a line". It was uncalled for, as we had already politely said that we finished our order. I was very excited to try this place because of the great reviews about the selection and customer service, but this experience left me feeling like an unwanted customer.

For my Saturday ritual this week I stopped by Fearless, and picked up a big eye tuna burger and the fluke chop. The latter was something I had never seen before. The burger was wonderful - I seared it in a pan, cut it in half, topped it with avocado oil mayo and fresh basil from my garden and had it on a baguette. The latter I seared in a lodge pan (see pics) on all sides until it flaked, about 12 mins total at med heat, and it was great! Attached are pictures of the fluke chop. Take it from someone who used to work at one of the finest seafood restaurants in New York City and used to go with the owner to purchase seafood at the Fulton fish market at 5:00 a.m., Fearless is not just the best fishmonger in Rhode Island it is the best fishmonger in New England and one of the best on the East
